Directions:
Herbal Bath Bag
Place desired amount of herbs in provided bath bag. Fill bag no more than halfway since the herbs will expand. To avoid leaking herbs and clogging the drain, make sure the bath bag is knotted at the top. Add bath bag to water that is hot enough to release the herbal essences but not hot enough to burn your skin. Set your intentions, light your favorite candle, lie back, and relax!
After bathing, discard used herbs. Rinse out the bag and allow it to air dry completely before refilling.
Herbal Bath Infusion
To make a concentrated bath infusion, put 2 ounces of the bath blend into the bath bag or an infuser. Pour 1 pint of boiling water into a glass jar. Add the bath bag/infuser to jar, affix the lid and set aside. Leave the concoction undisturbed for a minimum of 30 minutes while it infuses. Strain bath bag and pour the infusion into your bath water. Sit back, relax, and enjoy! (Discard herbs after using.)
